1) How does The Pet Parent Co. ship products and what is the cost?

We deliver to anywhere in South Africa, for R75. Free delivery applies for orders over R500.

2) When will my order arrive?

From placing your order, it will take around 2-3 business days in total for us to process it and Pargo to collect it from us. Once they collect from us, it usually takes 1 business day to reach an address in Cape Town and 2 - 3 business days to reach other areas in the country.

3) What is your exchange/return/refund policy?

We exchange, return or refund any product within 30 days.

Before purchasing or requesting a return/refund from our store, please bear in mind that our products are exclusively made and created with love. We aim to provide a professional but personal (not mass-produced) product and experience. Each item is unique and some items are part of limited collections.
